For direct reservations, pickup is normally between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. and return is due by 11:00 a.m. Third-party reservations typically use a 3:00 p.m. pickup and 9:00 a.m. return, but the terms on your reservation control.

Customers normally receive a scheduling text about seven to eight days before pickup. Early pickup or late return may be available for a fee, depending on the RV’s schedule, but neither is guaranteed.

We are in Gilbert, near Baseline and Stapley. We do not provide the exact yard address for general inquiries. The exact pickup address is provided only after a confirmed reservation and the renter are securely verified.

The standard deposit is $200 for a travel trailer and $300 for a motorhome or toy hauler. Special-event or reservation-specific deposits may differ. If no valid additional charges apply, release or refund is initiated within 10 business days after the rental. Your rental agreement controls the terms for your reservation.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at CancelMyRV.com. The deposit is retained, prepaid funds are non-refundable, and the full rental amount is due when a customer cancels within 10 business days of departure. Submitting the form does not itself promise a cancellation outcome or refund; the rental agreement controls.

Yes. We prefer qualifying written insurance coverage from the renter that identifies the rental RV. A collision damage waiver option may be available when qualifying coverage is unavailable. Coverage, deductibles, claims and accident questions require staff review. We do not offer roadside assistance.

Motorhome mileage allowances and excess-mileage terms depend on where the reservation was made and the terms on that reservation. Use the booking site and your reservation terms for the correct allowance and charges. Trips over 1,500 estimated round-trip miles require approval before the trip. We do not calculate or promise mileage charges without confirming the booking source and reservation terms.

Yes. A generator is currently optional for every rental at $29 per rental day for unlimited use. There are no free generator hours, and the customer supplies the fuel. Generator type or configuration must be confirmed for the selected rental.

Pets under 35 pounds are allowed for $9 per pet per rental day. A pet weighing exactly 35 pounds does not meet the current limit. Accessibility or service-animal questions receive human review and are not handled as ordinary pet eligibility.

The renter must verify the vehicle’s tow rating, payload and configuration against the selected RV’s current listing. A functioning seven-pin round connector and brake controller are required; a four-pin flat connector is not sufficient. All towing equipment must be properly rated. We can explain the requirements, but we cannot approve a particular vehicle-and-trailer combination as safe.

An adjustable or leveling hitch is recommended. The typical ball size is 2-5/16 inches, and rental hitches typically fit a two-inch receiver, but the exact RV and equipment must be confirmed. Rental equipment may be available, but last-minute availability is not guaranteed.

Any RV currently offered on the booking site may be requested for delivery. Delivery and retrieval are separate dispatches at $89 per hour for round-trip travel from the East Valley, with a two-hour minimum each time the driver leaves. On-site setup time is also billed at $89 per hour. Event pricing may differ.

The campsite must be reserved, accessible and fully identified before delivery. The renter does not need to be present when all arrangements are confirmed. Delivery schedule, site access and the final total must be confirmed in advance.

No. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in every RV. Evidence of smoking causes loss of the deposit and may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

International travel, including Mexico and Canada, is not allowed. Rentals may not be used for Burning Man. RVs must remain on paved or well-maintained roads; off-roading and roof access are prohibited. Trips over 1,500 estimated round-trip miles require approval before the trip.

No motor vehicle may be towed behind a rental RV. A properly rated utility trailer may be allowed within the selected motorhome’s verified limit. Most motorhomes have a maximum of 5,000 pounds; the 2400T is limited to 2,000 pounds. The exact selected motorhome and equipment must be verified before the trip.
