How scheduled self-service pickup works

Choose your dates online. Open the Show Low rental results, enter your pickup and return dates, and review current booking information.
Receive pickup details after booking. The exact Show Low address and step-by-step instructions are provided to confirmed renters. The location is not open for unscheduled RV viewing or walk-in shopping.
Pick up the staged trailer. The RV is prepared and placed in its assigned space before your scheduled pickup. Remote customer assistance is available during the pickup window.
Use support when needed. Customer assistance is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Active renters have 24/7 phone support for trip issues.
Return during the scheduled daylight window. Pickup and return are scheduled during daylight for a clearer, safer self-service handoff.
